Volvo launches the all-new V40

Volvo has launched its newly-styled luxury hatchback V40. The prices are fixed upto Rs. 27,7 lakh (ex-Showroon, Delhi).

There are two variants. V40 Kinetic (Rs. 24.75 lakh) and V40 R-Design (Rs. 27.7 lakh).

The Volvo V40 is offered only in the D3 diesel version. The car is powered by a traversaly mounted 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine that churns out a maximum power output of 152PS and a peak torque of 360Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission as standard, which drives the front wheels.
